НОВЫЙ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫЙ ПОДХОД «ОБУЧЕНИЕ СЛУЖЕНИЕМ» КАК МЕХАНИЗМ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ ВУЗОВ И ТРЕТЬЕГО СЕКТОРА ЭКОНОМИКИ
Аннотация
Анализируется вклад в экономику социально-ориентированных некоммерческих организаций (СО НКО) как третьего сектора экономики и актуализируется значимость вузов с помощью практико-ориентированного подхода «Обучение служением» в содействии развития третьего сектора экономики. Обобщен практический опыт реализации Ивановским государственным университетом практико-ориентированного образовательного подхода «Обучение служением». Обозначается важность реализации данного образовательного подхода в университете для развития личности студента, формирования его знаний, умений и навыков для будущего трудоустройства, профессиональных и личностных компетенций, гражданственности. Описывается процесс реализации социальных заказов, реализуемых в рамках дисциплины «Обучение служением» в ИвГУ, который позволил сформировать условия для результативного взаимодействия студентов университета с социально ориентированными НКО. Сделан вывод, что образовательное пространство университета имеет широкие возможности для эффективного встраивания образовательного подхода «Обучение служением» в учебный процесс, так и для помощи в работе организациям третьего сектора экономики. В этой связи представляется важным и в дальнейшем налаживать сотрудничество университетов с НКО, которые через свои механизмы включения студентов в деятельность СО НКО могли бы принести ощутимую пользу, как студентам, так и поставщикам социальных услуг в лице СО НКО и конечно получателям социальных услуг.
