ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ГОТОВНОСТИ СТУДЕНТОВ ВУЗОВ К ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ: ТЕОРЕТИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ И ПРАКТИЧЕСКИЙ ОПЫТ
Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены различные аспекты формирования готовности студентов вуза к профессиональной деятельности. Представлены различные подходы к исследованию готовности субъекта к профессиональной деятельности, условия ее формирования и факторы, на нее влияющие. Дается определение понятий «готовность», «готовность к профессиональной деятельности» и раскрывается структура готовности личности к профессии. Описываются компоненты формирования готовности к профессиональной деятельности специалиста. Характеризуется роль вуза в формировании готовности студентов к профессии. В ходе исследования была проведена оценка готовности студентов к началу работы по профессии после окончания вуза. Исследование показало, что образовательное пространство вуза имеет широкие возможности для формирования высокого уровня готовности студентов к профессии
