МЕРЫ ПРОСТРАНСТВЕННОГО РАЗВИТИЯ РЕГИОНА В ПРЕОДОЛЕНИИ НЕГАТИВНЫХ ДЕМОГРАФИЧЕСКИХ И ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИХ ТЕНДЕНЦИЙ
Аннотация
Рассмотрены основные тенденции регионального развития и проблемы, отраженные в Стратегии пространственного развития РФ на период до 2025 г., приведены критические оценки данной Стратегии. Отражены принципы региональной политики «сфокусированного развития» Ивановской области. Проанализирована демографическая ситуация в Ивановской области. Дана характеристика миграционной активности населения в Ивановской области за 2016–2021 гг. в сравнении с другими регионами Центрального федерального округа. Обозначены цели и задачи, меры пространственного регулирования развития региона, в том числе по поддержке малых городов и моногородов. Актуализирована их роль для социально-экономического развития региона. Проанализирована пространственная система организации экономики в Ивановской области в сравнении с соседними Владимирской, Костромской и Ярославской областями. Рассмотрен образовательный потенциал малых городов Ивановской области.
