Abstract

The issue of effective personnel selection in the context of the transformation of personnel processes has been updated. Effective management of personnel selection processes in a modern company is of particular importance for ensuring reliability and sustainability in work, as well as for achieving its strategic long-term goals. Effective personnel selection tools are considered. The features of the functioning of selection systems in network companies are defined. It is necessary not only to form a standard hiring methodology, but also to use the SLA (ServiceLevelAgreement) methodology and CRM platforms. An eight-stage recruitment model is presented, which allows ensuring stable recruiting quality in a multi-level company. Today, multi-level companies retain a centralized recruiting model, but are radically reforming the function itself. Based on the analysis of problem areas, a comprehensive optimization program is considered, including the main areas of change. A system of key performance indicators (KPI) is considered, developed specifically for assessing all aspects of the process - both quantitative and qualitative. In conclusion, the author proposes a mechanism for creating and implementing a robot parser, which is designed to optimize the process of collecting and analyzing resumes. This tool will significantly reduce the time spent on the initial selection of candidates, increase the accuracy of selection and enhance the overall efficiency of the current selection system of any modern company.
