Abstract

The decision-making process implies the need to take into account many factors and con-straints that may tilt the decision in one direction or another. At the same time, if the decision is made by a person, it is likely that an irrelevant decision may be made, which can lead to high financial costs, because the person may be inattentive, tired, or not have sufficient qualifications. The field of cosmet-ic repairs is no exception. A more reliable option is to use artificial intelligence. However, there is an even better way to ensure that a relevant decision is made – using group artificial intelligence capable of giving "I don't know" answers. This article presents the results of a study that proves and demon-strates the advantage of a group of artificial intelligent actors over individual AI in making decisions about cosmetic repairs.
