АКТУАЛЬНЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ КАДРОВОГО ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ СФЕРЫ

Аннотация
В статье рассматривается ряд актуальных проблем кадрового обеспечения социальной сферы на примере системы социальной защиты и социального обслуживания населения Ивановской области. Охарактеризованы основные причины, затрудняющие трудоустройство молодежи по полученной специальности, выявлены запросы работодателей к подготовке специалистов, обозначены меры, направленные на преодоление кадрового дефицита. Сделан вывод о том, что сохранение и развитие кадрового корпуса возможно при условии комплексного подхода к решению кадровой проблемы путем совершенствования государственного регулирования и управления.
