CURRENT ISSUES OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE SOCIAL SECTOR

Abstract
The article discusses a number of current issues related to the staffing of the social sector, using the example of the social protection and social services system in the Ivanovo Region. The article identifies the main reasons that make it difficult for young people to find employment in their chosen field, identifies the demands of employers for the training of specialists, and outlines measures aimed at overcoming the shortage of personnel. The article concludes that the preservation and development of the workforce is possible through a comprehensive approach to solving the personnel problem by improving government regulation and management.
