ВОЗМОЖНОСТЬ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ИК-СПЕКТРОСКОПИИ ДЛЯ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ ЛЕКАРСВЕННЫХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ В МЯСНЫХ ПРОДУКТАХ
Аннотация
В данной работе представлены результаты первичных экспериментов, направленных на изучение образцов мяса и мясных продуктов, закупленных в магазинах г. Иваново на предмет обнаружения в них лекарственных препаратов с привлечением спектральных методов исследования. Данное исследование является актуальным, т.к. позволяет выявить факты наличия в мясе и мясных продуктах лекарственных препаратов, которые используются сельхозпроизводителями для животных или птицы.
