INTRODUCTION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES INTO THE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM RETAIL SALES
Abstract
The current political and economic situation poses difficult challenges for all Russian enterprises, including trade ones. The article considers the role and directions of application in retail trade of modern digital technologies, which can lead to an increase in the efficiency of enterprise management processes. This paper presents the results of designing and implementing an automated sales accounting system for an auto parts store. This information system will make it easier for employees to both organizational and managerial and evaluation and analytical work, which today is necessary even for small stores. Based on the analysis of the subject area, the article concluded that it is necessary to automate management processes in trade in order to increase the economic performance of the activity and the competitiveness of the store. Analysis of the requirements of the customer and the information systems market made it possible to choose a toolkit for the digitalization of management processes. One of the leading platforms in Russia for the development of accounting information systems "1C: Enterprise 8.3" was chosen as an automation tool. To evaluate the effectiveness of the project being developed, a calculation was made of the reduction in the time of employees spent on the performance of their official duties after automating a number of processes. Also in the work, an assessment of the risks of the project for the implementation of the developed information system was carried out.
