КОМПЛЕМЕНТАРНЫЙ ПОДХОД В УПРАВЛЕНИИ РАЗВИТИЕМ КАДРОВОГО ПОТЕНЦИАЛА ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ
Аннотация
Важным условием эффективной деятельности современных образовательных организаций является постоянное изменение в условиях быстро меняющихся параметров внешней среды. При этом реализующиеся изменения в управлении образовательной организации связаны с поиском новых подходов, обеспечивающих наиболее эффективные трансформационные процессы. Одним из таких подходов может быть предложен механизм, подразумевающий постоянство через изменения, который предусматривает при внедрении необходимых механизмов регуляции приведение организации в соответствие с новыми управленческими решениями. В этой связи целесообразным является использование данного подхода в работе с молодыми учеными образовательной организации, который было рационально выстраивать на принципах совместного изменения.
