СТАТИСТИЧЕСКАЯ ГРАМОТНОСТЬ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ: ПОНЯТИЕ, СТРУКТУРА
Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты исследования понятия статистическая грамотность и его различие с понятиями статистической культурой и статистическим мышлением. На основании анализа литературы определены основные подходы к определению статистической грамотности: как прикладной дисциплины, как уровня (составляющей) статистической культуры специалиста и как профессиональное качество специалиста. Предложено авторское определение статистической грамотности применительно к широкому кругу населения. Разработаны структурные элементы статистической грамотности личности, к которым относятся: мотивационный, когнитивный и деятельностный компоненты. Для каждого компонента определена основная характеристика личности, лежащая в его основе. Дано описание компонентов статистической грамотности. Для деятельностного компонента приведен пример навыков, которыми должен владеть человек с достаточным уровнем статистической грамотности. Определены перспективы исследования.
