МОББИНГ В ТРУДОВЫХ КОЛЛЕКТИВАХ КАК СОЦИАЛЬНАЯ ПРОБЛЕМА
Аннотация
В статье показана значимость проблемы моббинга в трудовых коллективах. Понятие моббинга сопоставляется с понятиями агрессии, насилия, абьюза, буллинга. Исследуются истоки появления в организациях моббинга. Обсуждаются средства профилактики этого явления в трудовых коллективах и оптимизации взаимоотношений в трудовых коллективах.
