DESIGN MANAGEMENT OF RESTRUCTURING OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Abstract

In article the importance of timely innovative transformations of social and economic systems is

staticized. As a result of author's research principal causes of low efficiency of restructuring transformations

are defined. The functional importance of use is proved at carrying out of re-structuring of social and

economic systems of toolkit of design management: the decomposition approach, network schedules, a

matrix of responsibility, the Gantt chart, a method of the mastered volume, etc. The basic advantage of

design management consists that for restructuring the design command, which is responsible for all stages

of life cycle of the project is formed: from planning of restructuring, its organization, carrying out of transformations

and before its end of process of innovations. The essence of methods of design management and

approaches to their use for effective carrying out of restructuring of social and economic system is opened.

On an example of the enterprise of LLC "Automatics-service" having ten years' experience in the field of

metal working and planning carrying out of restructuring, the author had been spent approbation of use of

toolkit of design management.
