ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ИНСТРУМЕНТОВ МАРКЕТИНГОВОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ В СФЕРЕ АГРАРНОГО ПРОИЗВОДСТВА
Аннотация
В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы организации практического приме-нения инструментов маркетингового анализа в сфере аграрного производства. Приклад-ной характер исследования позволил на примере типичного сельскохозяйственного предприятия Ивановского региона, специализирующегося на зернопроизводстве, осуще-ствить анализа внешней и внутренней среды; аналитические расчёты по проекту, свя-занные с совершенствованием технологии производства за счет введения в севооборот тритикале и осуществлением частичной переработки зерна с использованием собст-венного мукомольного производства. Реализация намеченных предложений позволит по-высить эффективность управления производством и внедрить маркетинговую деятель-ность в работу предприятия.
