СОЦИАЛЬНО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЙ ГЕНЕЗИС РЕГИОНОВ: ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ ИННОВАЦИОННОГО РАЗВИТИЯ
Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты и обоснованы научный подходы к идентификации факторов инновационной направленности регионального уровня, оказывающее влияния на результирующий критерий функционирования субъектов – валовой региональный продукт. Сформирована система показателей, на базе которой осуществлена группировка регионов исследуемого федерального округа по группам, в зависимости от уровня инновационной составляющей. Мониторинг и расчеты были произведены на примере Приволжского федерального округа. Цель проведенного исследования заключается в диагностике инновационной деятельности административно-территориальных образований, оказывающей непосредственное воздействие на социально-экономическую систему регионального уровня, с учетом отбора и обоснования базовых параметров эконометрической модели, которая позволяет определить прогнозные значения Валового регионального продукта на среднесрочную и долгосрочную перспективу. Графическое отображение зависимости факторов реализовано в виде диаграммы рассеяния. Итоги научного изыскания могут применяться в рамках диагностики развития территорий и стратегического планирования региональными органами исполнительной власти.
