СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ И ОЦЕНКА КАЧЕСТВА МОБИЛЬНЫХ БАНКОВ
Аннотация
Развитие дистанционного банковского обслуживания, внедрение инновационных технологий и повышение клиентоориентированности имеет большое значение для эффективного функционирования современного коммерческого банка. В данной статье проведен сравнительный анализ мобильных банковских приложений на примере таких банков, как: Сбербанк, Т-Банк, Альфа-Банк и ВТБ, а также дана итоговая оценка их качества. В результате авторами были выявлены сильные и слабые стороны мобильных банков по ключевым критериям: функциональность, безопасность, тарифная политика, а также клиентоориентированность. Данная статья может выступать наглядным пособием по повышению финансовой грамотности населения и будет полезна потенциальным клиентам при выборе мобильного банка
