TRENDS AND DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF THE REGIONAL AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
Abstract
The regressive dynamics of the material and technical base of agricultural producers determines the need for developments to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of material and technical support of agricultural production, adapted to the conditions of innovative development of the economy. Methods of determining the need for material and technical resources, forms and conditions of production and economic relations with suppliers, methods of organizing and managing the system of material and technical support for agricultural producers need scientific justification. All this served as the basis for scientific research of the designated problem. The article provides an analytical reference of trends in the development of material and technical support of the agro-industrial complex of the Ivanovo region. The development of a pilot business plan for the creation of a regional machine and tractor station was carried out.
