TO THE QUESTION ON PLANNING OF THE STATE EXPENDITURES TAKING INTO ACCOUNT INFLATION

Abstract

In article the problem of interrelation of inflation and the state expenditures is considered. The idea of carrying

out in modern conditions of a policy of increase in productive expenditures of the state is proved. The state

expenditures on their productivity are analyzed, the correlation analysis of their interrelation with inflation is carried

out. The carried out analysis has shown absence of direct and significant communication between the state expenditures

and inflation. The author proves carrying out possibility an expansionary financial policy in the conditions of

prevalence of inflation of costs. The financial policy in modern conditions assumes not inflationary expansion of

monetary weight for the account of the greater part of productive expenditures of the state, that will allow to involve

effect of the multiplier in economy. Necessity of reduction of the State expenditure as the factor of decrease in

inflation, it is represented at the present stage unreasonable.
