РАЗВИТИЕ МАЛЫХ ГОРОДОВ: ИННОВАЦИОННЫЕ МЕРЫ ПОДДЕРЖКИ
Аннотация
В настоящее время стратегической задачей социально-экономического развития малых городов является поддержка развития новых эффективных производств, предпринимательства, инфраструктуры, создание благоприятных условий для инвестиций, развитие сферы услуг, туризма. Малый и средний бизнес может внести весомый вклад в решение социально-экономических проблем малых городов, прежде всего в решение социальных проблем и снижение социальной напряженности. В статье рассматривается широкий круг вопросов, касающихся исследования малых городов на примере Ивановской области. Мы акцентируем внимание на двух теоретических подходах к анализу их социально-экономического положения - воспроизводственном и системном. Кроме того, мы выделяем инновационные меры поддержки малых городов
