ВНЕДРЕНИЕ ЦИФРОВЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В СИСТЕМУ УЧЕТА ПРОДАЖ РОЗНИЧНОГО МАГАЗИНА

Аннотация
Современная политическая и экономическая ситуация ставит трудные задачи перед всеми предприятиями России, в том числе и торговыми. В статье рассмотрена роль и направления применения в розничной торговле современных цифровых технологий, которые способны привести к повышению эффективности процессов управления предприятием. В данной работе представлены результаты проектирования и внедрения автоматизированной системы учета продаж магазина автозапчастей. Данная информационная система облегчит сотрудникам как организационно-управленческую, так и оценочно-аналитическую работу, что сегодня необходимую даже небольшим магазинам. На основе анализа предметной области в статье был сделан вывод о необходимости автоматизации процессов управления в торговле для повышения экономических показателей деятельности и конкурентоспособности магазина. Анализ требований заказчика и рынка информационных систем позволил выбрать инструментарий для цифровизации процессов управления. В качестве средства автоматизации была выбрана одна из ведущих платформ России для разработки информационных систем учета «1С: Предприятие 8.3». Для оценки эффективности разрабатываемого проекта был проведен расчет сокращения времени сотрудников, затрачиваемого на выполнение их должностных обязанностей, после автоматизации ряда процессов. Также в работе проведена оценка рисков проекта внедрения разработанной информационной системы.
