СОЦИАЛИЗАЦИЯ ЭКОНОМИКИ: ОСНОВНЫЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ И КРИТЕРИИ В РАМКАХ ПРОГРАММНО-ЦЕЛЕВОГО ПОДХОДА

Аннотация
Современная социально-экономическая ситуация требует волевых и решительных действий, а именно запуск процесса социализации экономики. В статье дано авторское понятие социализации экономики, исходя из которого были рассмотрены основные показатели социализации экономики в рамках программно-целевого подхода, обозначены критерии социализации экономики. Проанализирована история возникновения теории человеческого капитала, его понимания и сферы оценки. Показатели социализации экономики были рассмотрены с точки зрения теоретического осмысления. Исследованы государственные программы, направленные на развитие человеческого капитала, проект бюджета на 2023–2025 гг. и статистические показатели сфер оценки человеческого капитала. Предложены рекомендации, которые могут ускорить процесс развития социализации экономики в целом и человеческого капитала как такового.
