CAPITAL OUTFLOW FROM THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: DYNAMICS, FACTORS, CAUSES AND CONSEQUENCES
Abstract
In this article dynamics of capital outflow from Russia is considered. The reasons are established and the analysis of consequences of outflow of the capital from the Russian Federation is given. The basic ways of the decision of this problem are proved. Capital outflow arises and progresses in those countries, where vital issues in legislative and financial spheres, in government system remain. These problems finally define a condition of an investment climate of the country. In Russia the considerable scale of outflow of the capital from the country remains. Illegal outflow of actives from Russia is the factor, which has considerable economic benefit, influences stability and safety of the Russian economy. For capital returning to Russia it is necessary to create, first of all, necessary legal conditions for formation of the favorable investment climate stimulating activity both foreign, and domestic investors.
